TE ĀKAUTANGI MATARIKI WATER SPORTS FESTIVAL

The Te Ākautangi Matariki Water Sports Festival is an event jointly run by Tai Tonga 41 Outrigger Canoe Club and Evans Bay Yacht & Motor Boat Club.
It will include the Ngá Mata o Te Ariki, Táwhirimátea Marathon; Ngá Tai Tùátea-a Tara Race; Matariki Classic; and EBYMBC Yachting Regatta.

Join us as we acknowledge the deity Tāwhirimātea as a key element to learning and navigating Tangaroa and all bodies of water.  While the eyes (ngā mata) of Tāwhirimātea guide us through to the future.
